CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD?

Cake, ice cream cake or cupcakes are allowed if they are purchased from a store or bakery. Home baked goods and any other outside food are not allowed.

CAN I BRING IN DECORATIONS?

Yes, please coordinate with your Event Specialist for more information on approved décor and setup times.

WHAT IS SERVICE CHARGE?

Service charge is applied to all events. This fee covers your event staff gratuity along with all items required for both setup and breakdown of your event space.

AM I ABLE TO EXTEND OUR EVENT TIME ON-SITE?

We suggest confirming your event space in advance for the desired amount of time since there will most likely be a group booked after your event. If you do decide to extend on-site & the space is available, our management team will work with you to accommodate.

DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE CATERING?

We are a full-service restaurant, so we do not allow outside food & beverage. If there are specific menu needs or dietary restrictions, please contact your Event Specialist to discuss the options available.

DO YOU VALIDATE PARKING?

Each location is unique, please contact your Event Specialist to discuss the options available.

DO YOU OFFER COAT CHECK?

Yes, you can coordinate this with your Event Specialist.

CAN WE JUST RESERVE SPACE AND PAY A LA CARTE?

Visit our website for your specific location to see reservation availability.

CAN YOU WAIVE THE 21 AND OVER RULE SINCE WE HAVE ATTENDEES THAT ARE NOT QUITE THAT AGE YET?

This can be discussed and determined on a case-by-case basis, but we will certainly try to accommodate your request.

WE ARE INTERESTED IN A SIT-DOWN EVENT – DO YOU OFFER THIS?

Sit-down plated events are available. Because of the setup, please discuss with your Event Specialist to confirm proper space and rentals are available on your desired date/time.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE GROUPS?

Lucky Strike offers great incentives for large groups. Please contact your local Event Specialist to see what is available during your event time.

IF WE BOOK NOW, CAN WE DROP OUR HEAD COUNT AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE EVENT, SINCE WE DO NOT KNOW HOW MANY GUESTS WE WILL HAVE SINCE WE DO NOT HAVE RSVP’S YET?

While keeping in mind the minimum & maximum requirements for your desired event space, we suggest contracting for your lower guaranteed number. You can decrease 10% of your original contracted guest count.

IS YOUR VENUE RENTAL FEE PRICE FLEXIBLE?

The rental fee covers the cost for the activities within your event space. If there is a specific budget for your event, please communicate to your Event Specialist who is available to help make the event fit your group’s needs. Rentals are based on date and time and your Event Specialist will be able to provide alternate availability and the rates associated.

WHAT ELSE CAN OUR GROUP DO OTHER THAN BOWL?

Lucky Strike offers something for everyone. Each venue offers a wide arrangement of alternate activities such as ping-pong, pool tables, gaming, & shuffleboard. For those guests that want to sit back and mingle, all venues provide an upbeat lounge style atmosphere for your guests to enjoy. Your Event Specialist will be able to provide the options for your specific location.

WILL MY LANES BE TOGETHER?

Yes. When you book an event, your lanes are automatically reserved in a consecutive group.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE FOR MY PARTY?

Please contact us if you are running late. We start and end your lanes according to the times stated on your event contract. However, we may be able to extend your lanes, dependent upon lane availability at the time your event ends.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE PRIOR TO MY EVENT?

We suggest you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your event, as your lanes will be ready at the time your party is scheduled to begin.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

The 50% deposit is non-refundable.  Complete detail on the cancellation can be provided by your Event Specialist and will be outlined under the Terms and Conditions of the Contract.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, to secure your event, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, as well as a signed event contract. We require the remaining balance to be paid in full five business days prior to your event.

WHO IS MY CONTACT THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

Once you arrive at Lucky Strike, the manager on duty will be taking care of your event. Our managers are there to ensure your event will be a complete success and facilitate any onsite needs you may have.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BOWL ONE GAME?

This varies greatly depending on the number of bowlers and what their playing speed is. A good estimate is 2 hours for 8 bowlers on a lane.

CAN WE BRING IN KOSHER CATERING COMPANY?

We understand the specialty needs required to produce kosher catering and will work hard to meet these needs. Your Event Specialist will be able to discuss the different options available.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY EVENT DATE?

Notify your Event Specialist to review our reschedule policy.

HOW LONG IS AN AVERAGE EVENT?

Events are typically 2 to 3 hours long. That allows plenty of time for arrivals, getting shoes and set up on the lanes and of course eating, drinking and gutter balls!

HOW LONG IS AN AVERAGE KID’S PARTY?

Parties are typically 2 hours long.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE ADULTS ATTENDING MY CHILD’S BIRTHDAY PARTY?

Adults that want to participate in the activity can be included at the same per person rate as the kids. Otherwise, they would be included in the food and beverage portion of the package and charged accordingly.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE A CHILD IS INCLUDED IN A KID’S PACKAGE?

Any child who can bowl is included in the package, which is usually around the age of 4 years old. Children younger than 4 years old do not need to be included in your guest count.
